this is a big deep step in internal code for moving Heads/Leds integration.
so please test it heavily and please report.
you can also test wrong behaviors of the 3.0.14

Can't get 3.0.15_b1 to run on my Mac Mini with 10.6.8

Can anyone else try and see if it runs on 10.6 ?

can you confirm the complain of the system when you execute the command line:
/Applications/DLight.app/Contents/Resources/DLight

It says:

this is very odd
can you please install this quicklook plugin
macdylibbundler.sourceforge.net/

you pick the CaptainMacLib v0.1
you download/unzip/move the plugin into this place
YourComputer/Library/Quicklook

now you right clic (or ctrl+click) on the DL icon (in /Applications) and you choose the option 'Display bundle contents' (it might be other thing as I don't know what it says in english)
you move to Contents/MacOS
and you select the libhogweed.2.3.dylib and hit the space bar.
(thus the previously installed quicklook plugin will tell us the dependency of DL.)

and you should see something like that
/Applications/DLight.app/Contents/MacOS/libhogweed.2.3.dylib
/Applications/DLight.app/Contents/MacOS/libhogweed.2.3.dylib:
@executable_path/../MacOS/libhogweed.2.3.dylib (compatibility version 2.0.0, current version 2.3.0)

Obviously, I'm am not a programmer, but I noticed that DL seems to be looking for a file that is not there:

Library not loaded: /Users/nico/daylight/lib/nettle-2.6/install-i386/lib/libnettle.4.dylib

Of course, there is no user 'nico' on my Mac, so DL can not find the file.

Are am I telling nonsense now ?...

la b2 fonctionne chez moi mac 10.6.8,
j'ai défilé qqs conduites, tout à l'air de fonctionner,
plus de tests à suivre, notemment midi.

@nico j ai testé la nouvelle version sous xp et seven 32 bit avec enttec artnet plus bsf 2000 tout est ok sauf juste au niveau midi ¢a ma fait pareil avec la 3 12 b8 .j avais pas teste la 3 13 et la 3 14 dans la meme config. en fait sur la bsf je perds tout mes potards rotatif donc il faut que je reprogramme après c est ok . ce qui est bizarre c est que les affectations sont bien présente mais non active même en ra pellant ma sauvegarde xml ¢a ne marchait pas .

juste une petite précision j'avais fait quatre pages de midi switch et c’était pareil sur les 4 les touches de flahs et les potard linéaires c'etait bon mais pas les rotatifs apres réaffectation touti va béné

la .14 démarre nickel chez moi, du bureau et en ligne de commande aussi..
j'avais aussi une mise a jour de xquartz qui aurait pu jouer mais ça marche tout aussi bien avant la maj qu’après...

sinon, le midi se comporte étrangement avec la 15b2, alors que tout fonctionne nickel avec la ...11b10 (j'ai pas le temps de toute les télécharger et tester, ça va trop vite...)
après j'ai une config un peu space... pour résumer, j'ai un patch puredata pour contrôler un mur de 80 lampes (8 par 10) qui envoi 80 valeurs midi (différentes ou non de zéro) qd je bouge dans pure data. je fais des lignes par exemple et dlight, ds la version 11b10 suivait mes valeurs, full pour 10, que je peux décaller à droite ou à gauche. Dans la version 15b2, (en vision only used chanels) la première ligne est a full, puis qd je décalle, il me donne les bons circuits, ceux de la ligne 'à côté, mais avec 0 comme valeur et cela pour toutes les lignes suivantes...
et tout à l'heure, il me donnait des valeurs exotiques en plus pour les autres lampes, sensées être à zéro...

je continue de tester des trucs ces jours et te dit si il se passe qqchose de plus précis.
