4.0.0_b33

so,
with this one I've put everything I want for 4.0.0.
I don't say work is finished... there will surely be more work for the 4.0.1, etc... but I'm pretty glad with it for now.

news:
-should fix all errors reported for the b32 (except TLink that collapse, I've forgot....)

-Patch:
complete rewrite of this window.
the left part display channels, the right part display dimmers.
D-Patch is the first address of patch for Devices
you can drag'n drop from channels to dimmers
you can select several dimmers like 1 + 2 Thru 10 + 20 + 44
the remote should not work anymore, let's try to write another one...

+ many many more little stuff that make life better

The patch is looking nice but i have several crash in DL, the interface disappear.
I tried drag drag from left to right but it crash.
I don't 100% sure if i do it right.
i try 12+24+33@10 witch mean to me dimmer 12+24+33 at channel 10 but nothing is happening.
Can you explain ?
