Serial Communication Enttec was created by p.leijstra
Hi,
I have a simple question, and also hope there is a simple answer. But maybe someone can help me with some simple knowledge:
How does
:light communicate with the Enttec? I know it's serial communication via the libusbx driver, but what kind of data is send? Is it just an bytearray with DMX values?
Hope someone can clear this up.
Thanks in advance.
Piet

Hi,
Yess this really helps! Could you explain more about the start/end code and the label? is start and end that hex e7 used in the Enttec document? What label number do you use to send dmx values?
thanks allot!

The 7e and e7 are the start and end, the 06 is the label. Are the 01 and 02 the length info?
So if I would like to send commands from flash to the dongle, this is what i have to send right?
Your a really great help!
Thnx,
Piet
